The town of Come By Chance is located at the head of Placentia Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. Come By Chance gained national importance in the 1970’s with the building of a 16,350 m3 per day oil refinery.

The Town of Come By Chance is only a 30 minute drive east of the service town of Clarenville, and only 5 minutes from the community of Arnold’s Cove. This allows its residents to enjoy the slow pace of a small town, but have access to all the necessary amenities within a short drive away.
