Spirit of family is felt throughout the entire town, with our proud residents coming together for family and community events.
The Town of Come By Chance is proud to be a family oriented community, with strong family values, and a strong community spirit. As a small town, the council knows the importance of having recreational opportunities available for the young (and young at heart) of the community, and have made many programs and facilities available to its residents (as outlined below).

In addition to having many recreational programs and facilities available, the Town of Come By Chance has other benefits to the families of our community, including the lowest mill rate in the province; 4 mills with a 20% discount if paid in full by June 30th.
Senior Citizens also receive a 10% discount upfront on property and water/sewer tax at the beginning of each year, and are also entitled to the 20% discount on property tax if paid by June 30th.
